Order and Delivery
Ordering
Orders can be placed on any day of the week and will be processed in the order in which they are received. Orders can be made with our customer service team via email or directly online. For information on lead times and delivery dates, please refer to delivery below. Please make sure the email address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent by email. Please make sure both your billing and delivery addresses are accurate to avoid delays.
You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected including product names and codes.
Acceptance of Order
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances, we shall let you know as soon as possible.
Standard Delivery - PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current 'global supply chain crisis due to COVID' which is causing unprecedented volatility - all delivery timings provided on this website are estimated ONLY, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery whilst this global crisis continues, and these issues are outside our control including local couriers or postage within Australia.
Delivery
All freight and handling charges (as applicable) include one (1) delivery only by courier to your nominated address at the time of order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery (during business hours) and the product is returned to us, you will be charged for the additional delivery. A signature will be required for all deliveries to your nominated address and we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Delays do not constitute a breach of contract by Mavise and are in no way liable for any resulting damages whatsoever. Please note during public holidays, longer delivery timing will apply. Please contact us during holiday periods for estimated delivery.
Express Delivery
We can provide express delivery within 10-12 business days, should the product be in stock with our international supplier. We always do our best to deliver as quoted, however, if delays occur beyond our control we will not take responsibility for caused by international carriers or customs clearance.

Bespoke Murals
As bespoke murals are made to order, they will take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
Standard Delivery
Express Courier (Air) - Up to 7 business days
We offer international delivery and will send you tracking information during the shipment process to allow you to track your parcel during delivery. The delivery charge is dependent on the parcel size and weight and will be automatically updated at the checkout.
Samples
Delivery can take up to 4 weeks; unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking information for sample orders.
Import fees, Duties and Taxes
All delivery destinations selected outside of Australia may be subject to the local import fees, duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your chosen country. All applicable charges for customs clearance will be payable by the parcel recipient if you haven't already pre-paid these fees as part of the checkout process. Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country selected for delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for delivery in your selected country. Delays may be caused if you do not accept this responsibility.
