Carefully measure the width and height of the wall in centimeters (e.g. width 300 cm and height 250 cm). Add at least 5 cm or 2 inches extra in both width and height to be on the safe side if your wall is not completely straight.
When you have found a mural that you like, enter your measurements in the fields.

Measure the width and height of the entire wall. If any part of the wall has a different height, always start from the highest point when measuring. Add at least 5 cm or 2 inches extra in both height and width to be on the safe side if your wall is not completely straight. When measuring, please ensure you measure both the widest and highest points of your wall ignoring any windows, doors or recesses.
The minimum order of murals is 3m².

Questions
For our Australian customers, we can recommend a few installers that we have worked with and had great experiences with. Currently, we cannot recommend decorators outside of Australia, although this may change in the future. If you are stuck, please contact us, and we will endeavour to help you.
This will depend on the status of your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply.
The Mavise production team checks every purchase before sending it out to you. However, in the unlikely event of your item getting damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the damage within 14 days.
We print all our murals on 50 cm wide lenghts. All lengths are numbered, which makes it easy for you to know where to start the installation and which lengths sit next to each other.
Please refer to the order and delivery policy for details.
A seam is where the wallpaper strips meet edge-to-edge perfectly. In order to keep the wallpaper from overlapping, the two edges should be close enough to touch. Installing Mavise wallcoverings couldn't be easier thanks to their butted join construction.
When using paste-the-wall wallpaper, the paste is applied directly to the wall before hanging each strip. Our wallpaper is made with a special backing that does not expand when wet; therefore, it does not need to soak as in other application methods. Using paste-the-wall wallpaper could cut your hanging time in half. Since the wallpaper does not need to soak prior to hanging, it can be hung more easily and quickly. Also, you won’t need to set up a pasting table which can also save you some of the mess and clean up.
Please consult and follow the installation instructions.
Please note that non-woven paper is not completely opaque. If the surface is dark or coloured, apply an undercoat or a liner.
